1.LOCATION

A plot with roads in the North, East, and West with the South closed is auspicious for residence and commercial purposes. A plot with roads in the North, South, and East with the West closed is good for commercial purposes. 3.Soil

4. Slope

Slopes should be to the north, east and the best slope is towards the north-east. The northeast half of the plot is called the Solar half and the Southwest half is called the Lunar half. Ideally, the solar half should be lower and the Lunar half should be higher. This ensures the ideal flow of light and energy from east to north and water flow from west to east and from south to north. These type of plot brings all success in life. Downward Slope to the east, North, and Northeast is very auspicious, and downward slope to the South, West, and Southwest is very dangerous.

    VASTU TIPS FOR BUYING PLOTS

  • East and North Facing plots are very good and progressive.
  • Plot having a Northeast extension is auspicious.
  • The plot having North and Eastside open roads are excellent.
  • Downfall towards Southwest to Northeast plots is considered healthy.
  • If there are water bodies towards East, North, or Northeast then it is considered to be the best high-grade plots.
  • A hill, Apartments, or Heavy Trees towards the South or Southwest is excellent.
  • Square and Rectangular Plots are very good for construction.
  • Open places towards East, North, and Northeast are extraordinary well.
  • West to East sloppy land is considered to be good.
  • South to North sloppy land is favorable.

  • Don’t buy a plot which has Southwest water body
  • Hills or Mountains towards North, East, or Northeast direction plots are said to be associated with financial or health loss.
  • Southeast or Southwest extended plots are not good.
  • East to West and North to South sloppy plots are not favorable.
  • Downfalls towards Northeast to Southwest are low-grade plots.
  • Open space towards the South or Southwest is an unsafe pilot.
  • Triangular plots, plots having more than 4 sides should not be bought.
  • Plots with a lot of Cracks and too much-wet soil should be avoided.
  • Strictly avoid plots facing a T or Y intersections of roads.li>
  • A plot should not be near a meat shop, dustbin, sewage drains, etc.

PLOTS IN EXTENSIONS

The extension of plot in all the directions is very important according to vastu, different extensions in directions shows comments as under:

  • Extension in East/Northeast: – Extension in East is generally good but North East extended plots are excellent.
  • Extension in South East: – Don’t buy these types of plots, as it brings unhappiness or sorrow.
  • Extension in South/South West: – South or Southwest extended plots are not good, so avoid buying such plots.
  • Extension in West/North West: – West direction extended plot is not good but it is advised to consult some Vastu expert before purchasing the west extended plot because there are some remedies and exceptions. Northwest extended plots are not good but there should be perfect advice before purchasing the same.
  • Extension in North: – Extension in North side plots are very good, planning to buy North extended plots is good but in new constructions, there should be perfect planning and advice of Vastu experts.
  • Corners Cut Plot: – In any Direction if there is a Corner Cut of the plot, it is bad for all the plots in any direction.
